There are multiple possible reasons why you can’t duplicate a video.
Video design may be unavailable
Due to removal request from designer, audio licensing problems, or other technical issues, video design may become unavailable. In this case, your video cannot be duplicated.
If you used video design from Shakr Creative Market, you can create a new video using another video design.
If you used video design from one of Shakr’s paid plan programs, please contact your Shakr representative to troubleshoot the issue.
Other technical issues
If you’re confident that there is no problem on video design, it might be a temporary system issue. Try refreshing the page and duplicate the video again.
